Jackson Bush is an associate at McLain & Merritt, where he focuses his practice on a broad range of real estate and commercial transactions. He regularly represents lenders, builders, developers, buyers, and sellers in complex real estate matters, including raw land acquisitions and financing. He guides clients through every stage of the transaction from initial contract negotiation to final closing. His practice also includes development and construction finance, government-guaranteed lending, and complex commercial lease negotiations. Jackson takes a holistic approach to client service, thoughtfully considering each client’s broader business objectives and unique circumstances to provide strategic, results-driven counsel.

A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Jackson earned his undergraduate degree from Auburn University in 2016 and his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law in 2019.
