Robert Hill has extensive experience in complex civil litigation with particular expertise in product liability, design engineering liability, and contract and construction defect litigation in the pre-engineered metal building, steam boiler design and construction, and general commercial construction industries.

Mr. Hill handles insurance coverage and defense cases involving general commercial liability, property, errors and omissions, as well as officer, director and fiduciary liability claims. He has developed special expertise in the various types of claims related to the design, manufacture, and erection of pre-engineered metal buildings, which has acquainted him with the leading structural engineering and meteorological experts, as well as the applicable codes, standards, and common practices in the industry.

Mr. Hill also represents clients in contract claims for recovery and defense of contract price and damages, trademark, false advertising, and business tort litigation for personal injury and property damage losses for self-insured clients, liability insurers, and individuals.

A registered Mediator with the state of Georgia, Mr. Hill also has extensive mediation and arbitration experience. He has held a Martindale-Hubbell AV rating for over 25 years.
