Nicholas Deeb represents insureds and self-insureds in tort litigation in federal and state courts. His insurance defense and litigation experience includes products liability defense in federal court, premises liability defense in federal and state courts, and intentional tort defense in federal and state courts.

Prior to joining McLain & Merritt, Mr. Deeb gained extensive trial advocacy experience as an Assistant District Attorney. He tried twelve felony jury trials to verdict. Notably, Mr. Deeb tried a racketeering (R.I.C.O.) case, obtaining jury verdicts of guilty on all 40 counts of the indictment.

In prior civil practice, Mr. Deeb advised domestic and foreign insurance companies on coverage matters and litigated insurance coverage actions in state and federal courts.
