Kerry Fontana is an associate attorney at McLain & Merritt, where he represents clients in business and real estate litigation. He has over 15 years of experience in managing litigation, including discovery, motions, trials, and appeals in the state and federal courts of Georgia and New York.

His practice currently focuses on litigating real property disputes including easements, foreclosures, warranties, mechanic’s liens, broker’s fees and other matters affecting title. He also has extensive experience in landlord/tenant law, contract disputes, and obtaining preliminary remedies such as orders of seizure and temporary restraining orders.

Kerry Fontana earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and received his B.A. in philosophy from Hunter College of the City University of New York.
