Clay Robertson represents employers and insurers throughout Georgia in all aspects of workers’ compensation and at all levels of trial and appeal. He is also a frequent speaker at educational seminars on Georgia workers’ compensation law.

Mr. Robertson is an honors graduate of the University of Florida and the Florida State University College of Law. He is a former Assistant State Attorney and Judge Advocate for the U.S. Air Force.

A member of the state bars of Florida and Georgia, Mr. Robertson is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Georgia, Georgia Court of Appeals, U.S. Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and the U.S. District Court Northern District of Georgia.

Mr. Robertson holds a Medicare Set-aside Consultant Certified (MSCC) designation from the International Commission on Health Care Certification (ICHCC) and is a Colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, where he continues to serve as a Judge Advocate.
