Clay Robertson represents employers and insurers throughout Georgia in all aspects of workers’ compensation and at all levels of trial and appeal. He is also a frequent speaker at educational seminars regarding Georgia worker’s compensation law.
Mr. Robertson is an honors graduate of the University of Florida and the Florida State University College of Law. He is a member of the State Bars of Florida and Georgia and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the U.S. Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and the U.S. District Court Northern District of Georgia.
Mr. Robertson is a member of the Georgia Bar’s Workers’ Compensation and Litigation sections. He is also a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Georgia Self Insurers Association, and the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association where he formerly served as Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Law Committee. Mr. Robertson holds a Medicare Set-aside Consultant Certified (MSCC) designation from the International Commission on Health Care Certification (ICHCC). Mr. Robertson also served as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Air Force on active duty and reserve and retired at the rank of Colonel.
